Family Concierge & Buy for My Family

  • Go with seniors to clinic visits and send updates to their family abroad
  • Stay at a family home while technicians or contractors do their work
  • Buy and deliver medicine, groceries, gifts, and flowers

Errand Network

  • Inspect lots, homes, rentals, and developer construction sites
  • Check vacant properties for encroachment, dumping, or storm damage
  • Verify businesses and inspect pre-owned vehicles

Personal Admin Assistance

  • Get land title copies at the Registry of Deeds and tax declarations at City Hall
  • Check and pay real property tax, using the client’s signed authorization letter

What we look for.

  • Valid government-issued ID
  • NBI clearance (an old NBI or barangay clearance is OK if you don’t have one)
  • Smartphone with a good camera and mobile data
  • Reliable way to get around your area
  • Clear communication in English and Filipino (or your local language)
  • Honest, punctual, respectful, and detail-oriented

How working with SEENDI works.

SEENDI representatives are independent contractors, also known as freelancers or project-based service providers. You run your own schedule and take on tasks one at a time.

Am I a SEENDI employee?

No. SEENDI representatives are independent contractors. You take on tasks one at a time, on your own schedule, and you’re paid per task rather than a fixed monthly salary. There is no employer-employee relationship between you and SEENDI.

Can I choose my own tasks and schedule?

Yes. You decide which tasks to accept or decline based on your time and location, and there are no fixed shifts or working hours. For each task, SEENDI tells you the result the client needs (for example, clear timestamped photos or a verified site report), and you decide how and when to get it done within the agreed timeframe.

How am I paid?

Per task. You see the scope and your pay before you accept, and you’re paid once the task is completed and the client has approved the deliverables. Pay isn’t hourly or salaried. Approved out-of-pocket expenses are reimbursed with receipts.

What about SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG?

As an independent contractor, you’re responsible for your own SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG contributions as a self-employed individual. SEENDI doesn’t provide employee benefits, 13th-month pay or statutory leave.

Will I sign an agreement?

Yes. During onboarding, you’ll agree to SEENDI’s Independent Contractor Agreement. It states: “The Representative acts as an independent contractor. Nothing in this agreement shall be construed to create an employer-employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture between SEENDI and the Representative.”

What do I need to apply?

A valid government ID, an NBI clearance (an old NBI clearance or a barangay clearance is OK if you don’t have one), a smartphone with a good camera and mobile data, and a reliable way to get around your area. When you apply, you’ll take one quick test photo so we can check your camera is sharp enough for client reports.

How will SEENDI contact me?

Through Messenger, from the official SEENDI Facebook page. After you apply, tap “Message SEENDI on Messenger” so you don’t miss us. A SEENDI rep will get in touch there about your interview.
