If you’re in the US or Canada, think of SEENDI as TaskRabbit for the Philippines, built for people who live abroad. You tell us what needs to be done back home, like checking a property, going with a parent to a clinic visit or getting a copy of a land title, and a vetted local representative does it for you. Unlike a typical gig app, every task comes with a documented report (timestamped photos, video and receipts) and a coordinator who manages it from start to finish.

Where is SEENDI available?
We’re building a vetted network across the Philippines. Availability depends on the task and location; send us the details and we’ll confirm coverage before you commit.
How do you verify your representatives?
Representatives are screened for identity, experience, and reliability, then matched to tasks based on location and required skills. Task activity is documented from check-in through completion.
How much does a task cost?
One-time tasks are quoted individually based on travel, time, urgency, and complexity. You’ll always see a clear scope and price before work begins, and any extra expenses are approved by you in advance.
What proof will I receive?
Your report may include timestamped photos, short videos, visit notes, receipts, itemized expenses, and a summary of findings—agreed before the task begins.
What authorization do I need to give?
For property inspections and business verification, none: you just confirm you authorize a SEENDI representative to do the task. For family assistance, we coordinate with a family member or contact person you name. For land title copies and property tax records, the office needs a copy of your valid ID and a simple authorization letter, which we prepare with your representative’s name for you to sign online. None of our current services needs a Special Power of Attorney (SPA).
Do you handle title transfers, inheritance, or bank matters?
Not yet. Services that need a Special Power of Attorney (SPA), such as title transfers, selling or settling inherited property, and bank transactions, are coming soon. We also don’t provide legal or accounting services ourselves.
Are SEENDI representatives employees?
No. Our representatives are vetted independent contractors who accept tasks in their area on a per-task basis. SEENDI screens them, matches them to your task, and stands behind the report you receive. More about how representatives work with us.
Who can use SEENDI?
Anyone who needs something done in the Philippines: Filipinos abroad looking after family, foreigners with property or business here, companies, or anyone who simply can’t be there in person.
