Family concierge
Help for your family in the Philippines, even from far away.
A vetted SEENDI representative goes with your parent to the clinic, stays at the house while technicians work, or buys and delivers what your family needs. You get updates, photos and receipts.
Tasks
How we can help
Don’t see your task? Tell us what you need. If a representative can do it on site, we’ll find a way.
Senior clinic companion
We go with your parent to non-critical check-ups, wait in the queue with them, and send you the doctor’s notes.
- Help getting there and back
- Someone to keep them company and listen to the doctor
- A summary for you after the visit
Home maintenance oversight
We stay at the house while aircon, plumbing, internet or other technicians work, so no one has to take a day off.
- Let technicians in and watch the work
- Photos of the finished job
- Receipts and the technician’s notes
Purchases & deliveries
Medicine, groceries, gifts or flowers, bought and delivered to your family, even in the provinces.
- You choose the stores, brands and budget
- Photo on delivery
- Receipts for every peso
Good to know
Support for your family, without the awkward conversations
Asking relatives to take time off, or sending money and hoping it’s spent the way you meant, can strain things at home. A SEENDI representative is a neutral, identifiable person who does the task and shows you exactly what was done.
Our representatives are companions and helpers, not nurses or caregivers. They don’t give medical care or make medical decisions. In an emergency, your family should call 911 or go to the nearest hospital.
- Government ID verified, with an NBI or barangay clearance
- A SEENDI ID your family can check before the visit
- Coordination with a family member you name
- Receipts for every purchase

Are your representatives caregivers or nurses?
No. They accompany your parent, run errands and keep you updated, but they don’t provide medical care. For regular caregiving, a licensed caregiver or nurse is the right choice.
How will my parent know who to expect?
Before the visit, we send you a link showing your representative’s photo, name and SEENDI ID number. Share it with your family, so your parent knows exactly who is coming.
How are purchases paid for?
The cost of what we buy is included in the quote you approve. If something costs more than expected, we ask you first. You get a receipt for every purchase.
Can you visit my parents regularly?
Scheduled recurring visits are coming soon. For now, you can request each visit separately, or join the waitlist on our homepage to hear when recurring plans open.
Do you deliver outside Metro Manila?
Yes, including the provinces, depending on where we have representatives. Send us the details and we’ll confirm coverage before you commit.
