Good to know

How the authorization works

Offices like the Registry of Deeds, the Assessor and the Treasurer may ask for proof that the owner allowed someone else to request records or make payments. You upload a copy of your valid ID, such as a passport, UMID or driver’s license, when you send your request.

Once we assign your representative, we prepare a simple authorization letter naming them and their SEENDI ID number. You sign it on your phone, and your representative brings it with a copy of your ID. None of these services needs a Special Power of Attorney.

  • Copy of your valid government ID
  • Authorization letter signed online
  • No SPA, no notarization abroad
  • Official receipts for every fee and payment

Questions

Before you request.

More answers on our main FAQ.

Do I need a Special Power of Attorney (SPA)?

No. Getting copies of your title and tax records and paying real property tax only need a signed authorization letter and a copy of your ID. Title transfers, sales and other transactions that do need an SPA are coming soon.

I don’t know my title number. Can you still help?

Often, yes. Tell us what you have, such as an old tax receipt, a tax declaration or a deed of sale. The title number is often written on them, and the Assessor’s records can help us find it.

Can you pay taxes for years that weren’t paid?

Yes. We check the full amount due, including penalties, and you approve it before we pay. You get the official receipts.

How do I get the documents?

We send you clear scans as soon as we have them. We agree in the quote what happens to the originals, for example delivery to a family member in the Philippines.

Can you transfer a title or settle an estate?

Not yet. Services that need an SPA, such as title transfers and settling inherited property, are coming soon. We also don’t provide legal advice ourselves.
